Our Pricing
It is our goal to keep our pricing absolutely transparent. We use the high-first method. Some contractors offer a low price, then raise it after they arrive. We do the opposite. We quote a high price before seeing your location or the specifics of your installation, then there’s a more accurate and reduced price after we see everything.
Most customers cannot fully describe concealed conditions, or articulate what is wrong… so we are forced to give a high figure site unseen, assuming the job will not be straightforward. This is usually on the first call, before our tech has seen your house. Once we visit, we will determine if the high figure stays or is reduced. One thing is for certain, we will be 100% honest with you and you’ll never pay more than you should.
